V&iacute;ctor and Noe are excellent hosts.  The food is a culinary experience in every single aspect.  Chef Victor explains the dishes to all guests.  Noe counts with deep knowledge on wines for any taste or if you prefer to match your wine with the food.  Considering that Trigo counts with a Michelin star, the prices are affordable.  Highly recommended any person who enjoys great food and wine.

Wide assortment of rices cooked individually with large portions. Dishes were well seasoned and service was prompt.

Went there to have lunch with my daughter. There were 4 waiters and it took 15 minutes since we sat down until someone attended us and took a partial order just for the drinks and didn&rsquo;t give a chance to continue taking the order.Another 10 minutes passed until we got the beverages and then I asked him to take the order from me. 15 more minutes passed until we got the first course (1 soup) and then 15 more minutes until we got the other first course. 20 minutes later I had to ask the waiter for the rest of the order because it seemed like it&rsquo;s been forgotten&hellip;.I understand that the restaurant was full and there were many orders - but waiting that long for someone to attend us, 15 minutes after having sat down at the table - is not reasonable and very non-professional. Very slow service.

Dinner was OK, food was great, one of the best burgers of our life.
